Registration Policy: Class fees, in the form of cash or checks, MUST be sent in or dropped off with registration forms.   Registrations without payments will not be recorded.   Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. No pro-rated fees are accepted.   We will contact you only if a class is cancelled or filled.   The Township charges a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Refund Policy:
Brimfield Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel, combine or divide classes; to change time, date or location of classes; to change instructor assignments; and to make any other changes that are necessary.
Decisions to offer classes and programs are based upon pre-registration numbers and are made 48-72 hours in advance of start date. Please register early to help avoid a cancelled or closed out class.

Full Refunds: The Township will issue a full refund if the program is cancelled.

Partial Refunds: The Township will issue a refund if cancellation is made up to 5 working days before the start of the program. Requests made less than 5 days will only be refunded if another person enrolls in the program. In that case, the fee will be refunded less a $5 service charge. No refunds will be given after a program has started. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Parks & Recreation Department.
